Job Summary
As a Club Rep, you will be the face of our club, ensuring guests have an unforgettable and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, organizing events, providing information, and promoting club activities.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
Organize and promote club events and activities.
Provide guests with information about local attractions and services.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues.
Lead excursions and tours.
Promote and sell tickets for events and excursions.
Required Qualifications
Language: English.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energetic and enthusiastic personality, problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Experience working as a Club Rep or in a similar role.
Skills: Multilingual abilities, familiarity with the local area.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Work Environment
Primarily outdoor settings in a lively club environment.
