Job Summary

As a Hotel Rep, you will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable stay. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing information and assistance, organizing events and excursions, and addressing any issues that arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.

  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

  • Organize and promote hotel events and excursions.

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.

  • Maintain regular contact with guests to ensure satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Language: English.

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience as a hotel rep or in a similar role.

  • Skills: Multilingual abilities, familiarity with the local area.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Work Environment

  • Primarily indoor settings, sometimes outdoor.
