As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience by offering excellent customer service and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations and room assignments.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails.

Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Required Qualifications
Language: English.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask.
