Job Summary
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience by offering excellent customer service and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. 
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures. 
- Manage reservations and room assignments. 
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails. 
- Provide information about the hotel and local attractions. 
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. 
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. 
Required Qualifications
- Language: English. 
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred. 
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask. 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry. 
- Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software, multilingual abilities. 
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods. 
- Ability to handle light lifting.
