Job Summary

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience by offering excellent customer service and handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Manage reservations and room assignments.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.

  • Provide information about the hotel and local attractions.

  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Required Qualifications

  • Language: English.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software, multilingual abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to handle light lifting.
