Job Summary

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, employees, and guests. Your role involves monitoring the property, preventing unauthorized access, responding to emergencies, and enforcing the rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security.

• Control access to the property by checking identification and authorization.

• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

• Provide assistance and direction to employees and guests.

• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

• Operate surveillance systems and equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Language: English.

• Certification: Security guard license as per local regulations.

• Experience: Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.

• Skills: Strong observational and communication skills, ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations, basic knowledge of first aid.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in a similar security role.

• Skills: Additional certifications in security training, multilingual abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

• Primarily indoor setting, sometimes outdoor.
