Job Summary
As a Hotel Rep, you will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable stay. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing information and assistance, organizing events and excursions, and addressing any issues that arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Organize and promote hotel events and excursions.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Maintain regular contact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
Language: English.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Experience as a hotel rep or in a similar role.
Skills: Multilingual abilities, familiarity with the local area.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor settings, sometimes outdoor.
